Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across AloPortal: the website, the creator and member apps, checkout, and every public portal page.

What we do

• We test on phones and computers, including screen sizes down to 390 pixels wide.
• Buttons and links are large enough to tap, and text stays readable without zooming.
• Forms label every field and explain errors next to the field they belong to.
• Menus, dialogs and the portal designer work with a keyboard.
• You can zoom any page, and animations calm down when your device asks for reduced motion.

Where we fall short

We are honest about the gaps we know of:

• What creators upload. Creators add their own images, videos, files and text. Creators can describe their pictures, and videos in posts and courses get automatic captions, but we cannot check every upload.
• Services we embed. Payments run on Stripe, and portals can show videos from YouTube or links to Discord and Telegram. Those parts follow their makers' accessibility work, not ours.
• The help chat. Support runs in a chat window from Featurebase. If it does not work for you, use the phone number or address below.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on AloPortal is hard or impossible to use, tell us what page you were on and what happened. We will reply within two business days and work on a fix or another way to get you what you need.
