Most people meet ServiceNow the same way: a manager hands them a login, calls it "the ticket system", and walks off. Then you open it and there are twenty modules, a thousand tables, and a scripting engine underneath all of it.
This course is the six step path from my free article, turned into something you can actually work through. It is built for the person who has just been handed an instance and needs to look competent by Friday: new admins, career switchers, and support staff who want to move into platform work.
It is deliberately in order. Data model first, because it makes everything else readable. Then lists and forms, which is where the hours actually go. Then the catalogue, because that is the part the business sees and the part you get credit for. Then Flow Designer, because a huge share of "we need a developer" requests are a flow, a notification and a well built catalogue item. Scripting comes after that, not before, so you learn why each script runs where it runs. Finally CSA prep, because that is the certification that gets you shortlisted.
Every section ends with exercises you do in your own instance, not slides you watch.
