5 breakfasts that actually keep you full

No 45-minute meal prep. No sad shakes. Real food you can make in 10 minutes.

If your breakfast is coffee and vibes, your 3pm crash isn't a willpower problem, it's a protein problem. Here are the five breakfasts I actually eat on repeat, each with 30g+ of protein and under 10 minutes of effort.

1. Savory cottage-cheese bowl

Cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, everything seasoning, toast on the side. 32g protein and you didn't cook anything.

2. Freezer burrito batch

Sunday: scramble a dozen eggs with black beans and cheese, roll ten tortillas, freeze. Weekday: 90 seconds in the microwave.

3. Greek yogurt parfait, upgraded

Skyr, frozen berries, a scoop of granola, drizzle of honey. Skyr over regular yogurt is an easy +8g protein swap.

Numbers 4 and 5, plus the full grocery list, are in the members' recipe pack. The meal-prep photo drops every Sunday in the Media tab.
